Ti'Punch 
1/2 part syrup of cane (or one tea-spoon of fine granulated brown sugar)
4 parts white agricultural rum 
A peel of lime 
*** Serve at surrounding temperature !

Planteur
2 parts white or golden agricultural rum 
4 parts exotic fruit juice 
A little syrup of cane 
A little cinnamon, nutmeg and grated vanilla 
*** Serve freshly !

Caïpirinha
2 tea-spoon of fine granulated brown sugar
1 lime (to cut in 8 pieces)
Cover the mixture lime-sugar with crushed ice 
Complete with Cachaça
