Invented in Puerto Rico and declared a national drink in 1978, this subtle blend of pineapple, rum and coconut is a velvety and generous delicacy with exotic flavors.
- 5 cl white rum
- 10 cl Pineapple juice
- 5 cl fresh coconut water or coconut milk
- 5 ice cubes
In a blender, mix together the pineapple juice, fresh coconut water (or coconut milk) and rum . Add the ice cubes. Mix until smooth.
