A traditional Martinican cocktail full of fruits.
Ingredients for ten cocktail glasses
- 1 l white rum
- 1 l pineapple juice
- 1 l orange juice
- 1 l passion fruit juice
- 20 cl sugar syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 vanilla pod
- Pour in the white rum, cane sugar syrup and fruit juices, mix and add cinnamon stick and split vanilla pod in half
- Let 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator. Mix well together and serve.
Serve very fresh in cocktail glasses garnished with an orange or lemon wedge
